On May 1, 2025, the state-of-the-art NESSUS Data Center 3 commenced operations, adding a further site in the north of Vienna to complement the existing infrastructure in the south of the city.

Certified to EN 50600, the data center was designed in line with Green IT and sets new standards in energy efficiency, sustainability and security. As a Green Data Center, Nessus Data Center 3 (NDC3) meets the highest requirements for availability and the protection of sensitive data.

With fully redundant power and fiber connectivity, multiple emergency power systems, fail-safe UPS and cooling systems, ISO 27001 certification and TÜV certification “Trusted Site Infrastructure – Level 3”, the data center offers a first-class environment for server housing at the highest level.

Fail-safe cooling supply
The cooling supply is designed with n+1 redundancy, ensuring full performance even during failures or maintenance of up to two chillers.
Fire protection with a system
Effective fire protection through structured fire compartments, fire barriers and early fire detection – for maximum safety in data center operations.
Efficient gas extinguishing system
Our Inergen gas extinguishing system with a high-performance extinguishing control unit ensures fast and reliable fire protection – even under extreme risk conditions.
Efficient delivery logistics
The building is optimally planned to transport IT equipment and technical devices easily and smoothly from the ground floor to the point of use.
